We act for a prominent Russian businessman, who was subject to criminal allegations in Russia of fraud and intentional bankruptcy. Our client then became the subject of an INTERPOL Red Notice at the request of the Russia Federation. We made detailed submissions to the INTERPOL that the allegations against our client were entirely baseless and politically motivated. Initially INTERPOL conceded that there were political elements surrounding the case and the Red Notice was removed in its entirety.
