We act on behalf of Lerch Bates Inc (“LBI”), a US headquartered global company and one of the world’s most prominent building systems consultants. We have acted in connection with a long standing dispute with LBI’s UK joint venture partner involving major Companies Act unfair prejudice proceedings which concluded in 2014.
