Peters & Peters Staff Satisfaction Survey
Towards the end of 2016 we circulated a staff satisfaction survey, in partnership with HR in Law and consultancy firm Smith & Henderson.
The outcome was very positive, with favourable responses to a range of questions about the firm covering areas such as working environment, how the firm is managed, leadership and culture, the firm’s values and goals, quality of work (challenging and interesting) and access to training. Respondents also agreed that the firm provides a healthy work/life balance, that communication is open and honest and that they are treated fairly and with respect.
In the ‘Engagement Index’ section of the survey, 98% of those who responded said they are proud to work for Peters & Peters, with over 80% recommending us as a great place to work, feeling highly motivated and ‘inspired to go the extra mile’.
