Hannah Laming chaired a workshop on ‘Private Prosecutions in the UK’ (4 September), Keith Oliver spoke on ‘What are the proper limits to privilege and financial privacy?’ (5 September), Jason Woodland spoke on ‘Legal and other risks for financial institutions in saying too much’ (5 September), Anna Bradshaw chaired a workshop on ‘Reforming criminal justice co-operation outside the EU: prospects and predictions’ (6 September) and spoke on ‘Where are we going’ (7 September).
