In a case in the Queen’s Bench Division advanced by the Claimant against 11 different defendants, with a total value exceeding US$11 million, Peters & Peters secured the discontinuance of the claim against our client, the ninth defendant. The Claimant has obtained judgement against all other defendants. Peters & Peters however put forward a robust defence on behalf of our client, and the Claimant abandoned the claim against her shortly before trial and will have to pay her legal costs.
