Partner and Head of International Keith Oliver spoke on a panel which addressed the prevention of illegal acts and investigations in corruption cases. Keith Oliver emphasised the long arm jurisdiction of the English Court , and the panoply of powers available to recover the proceeds of fraud and wrongdoing for victims, and was upbeat about the prospects for the UK post Brexit.
