Josephina Kern
Josephina is a Trainee Solicitor in our Business Crime & Investigations department.
Josephina joined the firm in 2019 as a Paralegal in the Fraud & Commercial Disputes department where she gained experience in handling high-profile cases. During her time at the firm, Josephina has been involved in significant cases, notably in representing the Republic of Mozambique in defending a series of claims arising out of the "Tuna bonds scandal".
Before joining the firm, Josephina worked at a magic circle firm where she gained experience in whistleblowing and competition cases.
Josephina is a fluent in French and Spanish, and advanced in Portuguese.
