Stephanie is an Associate in our Business Crime & Investigations team. She has experience acting in high-profile, sensitive, international and complex criminal and regulatory matters.

Stephanie concentrates her practice on white collar crime, anti-corruption and investigations. She represents both corporate bodies and high-profile individuals facing criminal and regulatory investigations and prosecutions.


Stephanie has experience advising in respect of business crime matters including bribery, fraud, corruption, money laundering, regulatory violations, business ethics and conduct, regulatory compliance, financial services and corporate manslaughter, including matters involving the police, Serious Fraud Office (SFO), Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), Health and Safety Executive (HSE), Environment Agency (EA), and Insolvency Service (IS).


In addition to her work on complex cross-border regulatory investigations, Stephanie also conducts internal investigations on behalf of corporate clients who are seeking to investigate allegations, minimise their exposure to business risk, promote good governance and ensure anti-corruption measures are in place.
Prior to joining Peters & Peters, Stephanie worked at two large leading international law firms. She also spent six months of her training contract on secondment at a leading investigations, regulatory compliance and business crime team in Singapore.


Stephanie received a first-class honours degree in History from the University of Birmingham (BA). She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC).
